Harriett Williams is the Director of Operations at the Village Micro Fund, a social impact fund that helps black entrepreneurs grow and scale through a business development course and funding. Harriett is also a serial entrepreneur. She is passionate about creating generational wealth in black communities through entrepreneurship and land ownership. Harriett is the founder of The Tubman Group, a boutique consulting firm that helps startups, small businesses, and aspiring entrepreneurs build the roadmap to their dream life and co-founder of Dirty Harriet with Fabian Williams, a politically charged luxury clothing brand. Previously, she worked as a forensic technology professional at a big four accounting firm. Harriett is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
