Zak Williams

Director of Business Development, Condé Nast

Zak Williams is the director of business development at Condé Nast with previous experience as the marketing lead for technology media company and gaming platform N3TWORK and aerospace firm Moon Express. Throughout his career, he has consulted numerous e-commerce, mobile, media, and retail start-ups providing marketing, strategy, and organizational development support. He also worked in marketing and production roles for Electronic Arts with the multi-platinum Burnout, Def Jam, Lord of The Rings, and Madden football franchises. 

As an active volunteer and board member at local and national non-profits, Zak is passionate about financial literacy education. He has taught financial literacy courses at San Quentin and is an active board member at the San Francisco Film Society, the Yerba Buena Center of the Arts, and mental health awareness organization Bring Change 2 Mind where he provides guidance to the non-profits’ leadership on partnership and marketing strategies.  He received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Linguistics from New York University.
