Val Jones is the national women’s segment leader for small business and runs the Connect to More program for Wells Fargo.

Val has held various roles throughout her career at Wells Fargo including running small business for Texas region branch banking, leading small business lending growth strategy for Texas and the Northeast, consulting on compliance and risk as well as working directly with customers in branch roles.

She has owned her own business and understands firsthand the excitement and challenges that come with being an entrepreneur, which informs and inspires her current work. Jones serves on the National Advisory Council and manages Wells Fargo’s relationship with NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners).
