Rosana Yu Han

First Republic Bank

Rosana Yu Han is Senior Vice President, Head of Community Reinvestment at First Republic Bank (FRB). First Republic specializes in private banking, lending, investment management, and trust with offices in California, New York, Boston, Portland, and Florida.

Rosana has over 20 years of experience in community reinvestment. In her current capacity, she oversees the development and implementation of First Republic’s bank-wide community reinvestment program. Prior to joining First Republic, Rosana was First Vice President, Director of Community Reinvestment at United Commercial Bank where she led the bank to achieve five consecutive “Outstanding” CRA ratings in eleven years.

Rosana currently serves on the Advisory Board of Urban Solutions and OASIS International. Her past involvements included serving on the Northwestern Regional Board at Operation HOPE, the Bay Area Council Scholarship Review Committee, the Asset Review Committee at the Clearinghouse CDFI, and the CRA Leadership Council at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

Rosana is an honors graduate of UC Berkeley. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children.
