Natalie Byrne is Director of Global Impact for LA-based skin care brand, Dermalogica. Founded in Los Angeles 30 years ago, Dermalogica has grown into the largest skin care brand in the United States – a sustainable, $250 million dollar company committed to women’s development. Natalie is in charge of Dermalogica’s social impact initiatives and runs their FITE initiative (Financial Independence Through Entrepreneurship), supporting women in over 70 countries with microloans (70,000 funded thus far), scholarships, education and vocational training programs. Natalie is a young, dynamic voice on women’s leadership/mentorship, business and global development; and she was honored to be a delegate of President Obama’s at the Global Entrepreneurs Summit in Kenya. Recently named one of MOGUL’s 35 Under 35, Natalie is changing the way businesses look at strategic branding and corporate social responsibility.
