Mollie Phukan is an SVP of Social Impact and Sustainability at Wells Fargo Bank. In her role, she manages a team focused on research, design and innovation and specializes in collaborative projects spanning multiple business lines across the company. Prior roles at Wells Fargo include leading strategy and outreach efforts in support of affordable housing, small business and foreclosure prevention efforts.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Phukan led outreach initiatives for the Iowa Department of Human Rights, the Iowa Asian Alliance and spent time as a community development volunteer in both the Peace Corps and the AmeriCorps
