Melinda (Mel) Hightower heads the UBS Multicultural Investors Segment for Wealth Management USA. An accomplished strategist and financial services executive with a commitment to inclusive growth, Mel leads the firm’s strategy to authentically engage multicultural communities and cultivate an inclusive investor experience. Her team develops strategic partnerships, champions product and solutions innovation, and identifies new business opportunities. She holds degrees from University of Virginia School of Law, University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She serves on the boards of Attune, a fintech insights platform, and Financial Health Network, a leading voice on financial health. A Detroit native, she currently lives in San Francisco.
