Maurice Moore Jr. is a Masters level Psychotherapist who resides in the Atlanta, Georgia area. He has worked for one of the nation’s leading trauma hospitals where he provided individual and group therapy to dually diagnosed indigenous adult and teenage client’s living with AIDS AND HIV. Currently he consults with local county court and community agencies whereby he provides an array of psychotherapeutic services to adults, juvenile delinquents and their families who encounter personal problems stemming from mental health, alcohol, drug, financial and other psychosocial stressors which affect their means to maintain stability. Maurice is a national and international seminar conference speaker where he has inspired listeners to reach their ultimate potential by making adaptive change towards their life goals. Through Maurice ‘s Nonprofit Organization, MMJR International Ministries, he has counseled and advised international political figures in Kenya, Uganda, Senegal, South Africa,
Australia and Zimbabwe. Maurice organized and develop relief resources for orphans, single mothers and educating children and adults. Maurice is currently pursuing a degree in International Policy whereby he plans to use his skills towards social and economic reform in third world nations. Lastly Maurice is an undergraduate level professor whereby he stimulates student learning and trains aspiring professors to use transformative teaching methods in the classroom.
