Kim McNair is an award-winning All-Star no nonsense impresario with an electrifying entrepreneurial spirit. She flexes her business acumen as an SLBE and MWBE certified CEO, TV host, executive producer, talent and event administrator, nonprofit executive, advocate, public relations expert, and community philanthropist dedicated to impacting and inspiring women to elevate their brands, businesses, and organizations. She is a transformational leader who is a deeply spiritual, loyal, and committed business woman with 20+ years experience in marketing/PR, media and community relations, and strategic event planning, and is a former award-wining runway model and beauty queen featured in several local and national publications.
Kim is the CEO of Kim McNair Productions, LLC, a unique full-service event planning and marketing firm committed to design ing successful events to meet her client’s needs and desires. She is the executive producer and host of her own TV show, Women on the Move Live, and facilitates her annual Women on the MOVE Summit. Kim’s personal trials and triumphs led to the establishment of the Business Women Empowerment Project, Inc. (B.W.E.P.), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to share access to resources that uplift women professionally and personally.
