Kelly Fladger

With almost 30 years of business experience, Kelly is a human resources executive and sought-after speaker and panelist in the areas of Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion. Kelly has spent the most of career as a Business Partner to C-Suite executives and their teams. He has vast experience in the areas of M&A, Integration, Coaching, Change Management, Strategy and Planning. Kelly has served in senior level HR positions for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Belk and Perdue Farms. Kelly currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Havertys Furniture. Kelly’s thought leadership and ability to drive results led to Coca-Cola Enterprises being named one of ComputerWorld’s TOP 100 place to work in IT for 4 consecutive years. Additionally, Coca-Cola Enterprises won multiple Diversity and Inclusion awards in the US and Europe, during his time as the Chief Diversity Officer. Under Kelly’s leadership Perdue Farms was recognized by Forbes as a “Best Employers for Diversity” and 2020 Women on Boards. Kelly has facilitated roundtable discussions and participated in key events for companies such as The Home Depot, Harland and Companies, Coca-Cola Refreshments, The National Diversity Council, Thurgood Marshall’s Center Trust and many more. He was also the 2011 National Diversity Council Multicultural Leadership Award recipient. Mr. Fladger was the Keynote speaker and recipient of the Presidential Award for National Service and Contribution at Livingstone College. Most recently, Kelly was named OnCon’s 2022 Top 100 HR Leaders. Kelly is active in his community, having served as a mentor for Success Looks Like Me and Saving Our Boys, two organizations developed to inspire underprivileged, at risk youth. He previously served on the boards of The Franklin P. and Arthur W. Perdue Foundation, Peninsula Regional Medical Center Foundation and Thurgood Marshall Center Trust. Kelly is member of the Executive Leadership Council. Kelly attended The Citadel, graduating with a degree in Business Administration.
