Kelly Coffey

Co-Founder & Executive Chair, Verita Strategic Wealth Partners

Kelly Coffey co-founded Verita after more than three decades leading at the highest levels of finance – including CEO of both City National Bank and J.P Morgan’s U.S. Private Bank, where she accomplished significant business growth and transformation. Her career spans investment banking, capital markets, private banking, and operational leadership – and Verita is the culmination of that experience: a firm built to deliver strategic, customized wealth advice to today’s most dynamic clients.

As CEO of City National Bank, Kelly expanded its legacy as a trusted partner to the entertainment, sports, and creative industries. Prior to that, she led J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs, where she held senior leadership roles across M&A, derivatives, and corporate finance — including leading global businesses and working internationally in Latin America.

Kelly is known for her strategic creativity, operational execution, and ability to build high-performing teams. Kelly has been recognized as CEO of the Year and an Entertainment Business Visionary by the Los Angeles Times. She has been named one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking and Finance by American Banker and one of the Most Powerful Women in New York by Crain’s.
