A 36-year banking veteran who has held leadership positions in commercial banking, retail banking and private banking. Joel is the architect of Fulton Bank’s EMPOWER Community Banking program, a program designed to provide enhanced business banking solutions to historically underserved businesses. Recognizing the enormous impact of small businesses to the US economy and to local communities, Joel is in constant search of programs and initiatives to drive entrepreneurial growth. After leading a team of commercial bankers across Maryland, Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Virginia, Joel knows first-hand the transformational impact capital can have on sustaining and scaling businesses.
Joel is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and holds graduate degrees from Long Island University and the University of Virginia.
