Director of Client Services

Heather Carey is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Director of Client Services for the FICO Scores division. In this role, she leverages her extensive expertise to support clients across various industries in adopting and implementing FICO scores effectively, while also providing product implementation options and training solutions.  Currently, she is focused on supporting FICO’s clients with an inclusive lending initiative, assisting select partners with the underbanked population.  With a career spanning the banking and credit union sectors, Heather brings a wealth of experience managing diverse loan portfolios, overseeing collection efforts, and spearheading financial mastery initiatives.  Heather holds a B.S. in Political Science and Prelaw from Michigan State University.
