Felix co-founded Urban Capital Network (UCN) to advance his life’s purpose of advancing communities of color by increasing their wealth. UCN is an investment management company that provides a broader base of investors, especially African Americans and Latinos, exclusive access to premium venture back investment opportunities at lower investment thresholds.

Felix also serves on the board the Innovation Center for Urban Entrepreneurship, a non-profit organization focused on educating, empowering, and enabling a Black and Latino investor class to build wealth and a self-sustaining economic ecosystem for entrepreneurs and investors of color. Felix believes that increased wealth in underserved communities is the most efficient way to address educational, health, crime, and other social challenges that often plague communities of color.

Felix received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at New Paltz College and completed an Executive Education Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
