Fabian Elliott is a ‘Hybrid Entrepreneur’ as Co-Founder & CEO of Black Tech Mecca and an Advertising Technology Consultant at Google. By day he advises some of the world’s largest brands to better leverage big data to drive their digital advertising strategies, and by night he leads the charge to build thriving black tech ecosystems in Chicago and beyond. Black Tech Mecca is a data-driven think tank dedicated to helping cities increase Black participation in the tech sector through research, education, and advocacy. BTM has developed a proprietary BTE City Assessment Framework and recently completed a report on the city of Chicago sponsored by Google, NBC-Comcast, and CompTIA. Fabian is recognized by Builtin Chicago as one of the Top 50 Tech Influencers to follow, 2017 Chicago Defender Newsmaker for Technology, and serves as Co-Chair of US Congressman Danny Davis Technology Advisory Committee.
