Ditu Kasuyi

Ditu Kasuyi is the President and CEO of Kasuyi and Associates, LLC, a certified personal coach, national award winning motivational speaker and an international trainer. Ditu is President Emeritus of the Corporate Advisor Board of Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC) and a past National President of Urban Financial Services Coalition (www.ufscnet.org).
Kasuyi & Associates, LLC is a coaching, speaking and training development company based in Richmond, Virginia. The company specializes in partnering with leaders to Empower, Educate, Inspire and Motivate them to develop their unique leadership skills to increase their influence within their own company, families and their community.
He has an MBA from Averett University and B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Saint Paul’s College. Ditu is certified in the John C. Maxwell and Franklin Covey Coaching methodologies and coaches individuals in the world renowned leadership development programs like 7 Habits of Highly Effective People; 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership; and the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth.
As a certified coach and international trainer, Ditu has empowered, educated, and motivated individuals and organizations to reach their highest potential. Individuals and organizations are implementing the success principles he has taught during workshops, coaching sessions and motivational speeches throughout Korea, Japan, Thailand, Philippines and the United States. In addition to his personal coaching clients, some of his organizational clients include Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Department of Defense, National Society of Black Engineers, Urban Financial Services Coalition, and Wells Fargo.
Ditu has obtained his business savvy, professional experience and sales experience from achieving corporate success in several sales and managerial positions. He has held these positions with one of the top financial institutions within the financial services industry. In addition, he has lead a team of individuals responsible for the procurement of energy product in South America and Asia. Ditu also gained valuable retail sales experience from several managerial positions with some of the nation’s top retail clothing stores.
Within the community, Ditu has served in numerous leadership positions with Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC), Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and Saint Paul’s College. He also volunteers his time by teaching Sunday school and providing transportation to community groups like Boys Scouts of America and the Girls Scouts of America. Among his many awards and acknowledgements for service, he was recognized by the UFSC National President with the “President’s Award”, crowned the “UFSC National Orator of the Year”, Eastern Region Brother of Year for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Ditu is married to Melanie Lee Kasuyi and they have one son, Ditu Kasuyi II.
