Dr. Daisy Jones

Executive Producer, Express Yourself

Dr. Daisy M Jones was born in Alabama, she was raised in Ohio with her family as a child. As one of the oldest of 14 siblings she learned at an early age how to communicate and be a leader. Growing up as a PK in a large family she learned discipline, respect for others and the Word of God. In the late Sixties she made her first steps into the entertainment industry as she assisted her older brother who was a radio personality and concert promoter. While working for the Kmart Corporation as a trainer she got the opportunity to relocate to the Atlanta, Georgia area to train employees in a new type of retail called a super store. After retiring from retail she returned to the music industry as a volunteer coordinator and talent exec. assistant with major Awards shows for over 16 years. She also had a passion to help empower women to bring out the best in themselves. She then started EstherStand Self-Enrichment Seminar which is an event held once a month. This is to help men, women and young adults recognize the treasures within. Utilizing her entertainment and family roots, working closely with her daughters and son, she ultimately became Exec. Producer/Host of Express Yourself TV Show on Comcast 25, which aired on Sunday nights at 8pm for almost 5 years. She is currently preparing to produce shows for national radio and television. She has assisted with the productions of several major events such as: Stellar Awards, Essence Music Festival, MegaFest, Dove Awards, Trumpet Awards, The Neighborhood Awards, Gospel Choice Awards and many others.

She is also looking for partners/investors to open a Multi-purpose Media Center. She also finds time to give of her time and talents helping ministries and businesses grow. In 2016 an organization designed to bring entrepreneur women together in a partnership forming, The Queen of Sheba Group, (The Q.O.S. Group), is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to come together sharing our talents, experiences, and observations in life to help each help others.

Before moving to Georgia she also had the opportunity to be a part of The Miss Black Ohio Pageant. Over the time past Dr. Dee as she likes to be called, has used her talents and experiences helping ministries and businesses grow. For her work she has been honored with, Honorary Doctorate in Human letters, Award from The State of Georgia, Lifetime Achievement Award from President Obama, and The Volunteer Service Award, and an Award from Blue Heron Films for television show content.
Also received Certified Capture Manager through Government Contractors Association.
