Andrew Grayot
Vice President, Price Management, Citi Retail Services
Andrew Grayot is a frequent volunteer at recent Hope Global Forums and also volunteers for several other non-profits including Georgia Aquarium, Open Hand Atlanta, and WABE, Atlanta’s NPR station, since moving to Atlanta in 2011. Prior to living in Atlanta, he supported one of Citi Retail Services’ retail private-label card portfolios in Jacksonville, FL. While there, Andrew volunteered for several years with Junior Achievement in a weeks-long high school classroom project. He was also a founding co-chair of the local Citi Pride Network, an employee-driven resource group focused on LGBTQ employees and allies.
Currently, Andrew serves as a member of Citi Retail Services’ Marketing Operations group, where his responsibilities include partnering with the Legal, Marketing, Partner Management, and IT groups to manage language change within customer-facing regulatory documents including cardmember agreements, change-in-terms notices, and credit card statements, as well as supporting disclosure management for new private-label retail card program start-ups and acquisitions.
Andrew holds a BA from Augustana University in Sioux Falls. He has been a middle-school math teacher and travelled as a participant and road staff for the international education organization Up with People, where he visited 20 countries in North America and Europe, living with local host families and performing community service.
