Elizabeth (Betty) Hoople started her own Consulting company in 2013 after a successful 30 year career in Financial Services. She is an Independent Director with Meta Financial Group/MetaBank and a member of the board since 2014. She is also Chair of the Governance & Nominating Committee for the company. Working in senior leadership roles with several top banks in the US, Betty focused on Product Development, Marketing and the Customer Experience leading the development and launch of hundreds of successful payments products and programs. Based in Northern California, Betty provides strategic advice and mentoring to small and medium sized financial companies, startups and early stage Fintech businesses.
