Dallas serves as Chief Investment Officer of Invitation Homes and is responsible for acquisitions across the nation.

Dallas Tanner is a co-founder of Invitation Homes and possesses over 13 years of real estate experience. Through Treehouse Group, Dallas raised $45 million for platform investments, including single-family homes, multi-family properties, manufactured housing, residential land and First Scottsdale Bank of Arizona. He also represents Treehouse Group’s ownership interest in a $100 million commercial asset fund. Dallas currently serves on the Maricopa County Flood Control board and on the advisory board of First Scottsdale Bank.
