Chelsea Racelis

Chelsea Racelis’ purpose is to do world-changing work with life-changing people. She is the Inclusive AI program lead at Cisco, driving strategy and learning for inclusive AI development and adoption across the company. As a certified project management professional and trained dialogue facilitator, she puts people at the center of technology. Chelsea is also the program manager for the Cisco-original Proximity Initiative. Prior to Cisco, Chelsea held roles in corporate responsibility, change management, and supply chain human rights research. Chelsea is a graduate of the University of Michigan and lives in Ann Arbor.
