Ms. Felica W. Coney has 30 years of industry experience and is a visionary and accomplished Supply Chain & Operations executive leading a strategic, growth organization with an exemplary and proven track record of delivering world-class operations and leading supply chain transformation through enabling lean operational strategies, shaping high-performing cultures, and leveraging state-of-the-art work processes, digitization, and automation technologies to accelerate revenue growth and propel organizations to be top-tier in their industry. She has been VP at Google, Inc. since June 2021 and is currently responsible for leading Google’s global server (hardware) operations, delivering a transformation of the data-powered innovation engine and cutting-edge technology into an integrated, efficient, agile, and responsive value stream for the business.
Throughout her career, Felica has led teams globally in supply chain, manufacturing, assembly, operations, and logistics, providing top-notch service to strategic business partners, customers, and suppliers, representing major corporations like Walmart, United Technologies – Collins Aerospace, and Procter & Gamble. Prior to Google, Ms. Coney served as a Divisional Vice President in Grocery at Walmart from 2019–2021, where she led supply chain operations to step-change improvement in EH&S, Quality, and Customer On-Time Delivery while enabling automation and digitization to better serve customers. From 2017–2019, during her tenure as Vice President, Operations Quality and Environment Health and Safety for the Interiors, Actuation, and Propeller Systems (IAPs) business and later the Mechanical Systems business at Collins Aerospace, she delivered an unprecedented value strategy and developed the roadmap for Smart Factory to accelerate digitization, automation, and lean manufacturing across all sites.
Felica began her career at Procter & Gamble, holding various leadership positions, with her final role as Senior Director, Supply Network Operations Fabric Care Asia, where she championed expansion acceleration into e-commerce in emerging markets, resulting in explosive penetration in consumer households through supply chain design, optimization, and execution. Prior to that capacity, she made noteworthy career contributions in achieving world-class lean manufacturing excellence.
Ms. Coney has achieved numerous notable accomplishments across her career, being recognized for transformational efforts in Manufacturing, Tech, Operations, and Supply Chain Excellence. She holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Southern University A&M College. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at Simpson Manufacturing Company (SSD) and is on the Engineering Advisory Boards at North Carolina A&T and Southern University A&M College. She also serves as a Supply Chain and Tech Executive Advisor for several Fortune 100 companies. She was recognized by BoardProspects in the February 2025 issue of Board Recruitment as one of “100 Black Board Members Making a Difference” and was also recently inducted into the 2025 National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame.
She continues to be a passionate proponent of leadership, fostering a culture of technical excellence and high-velocity execution in her most recent role as the Education Chair for the AI Ethics Council powered by Operation HOPE. Felica resides in Atlanta, GA with her spouse, Kelvin, and they have two sons, Jahvon and Jaelen.
