HGF Watch Parties are more than just a viewing — it’s a chance to connect, reflect, and engage with others who are passionate about building an inclusive global economy and creating lasting change.
Why Host a Watch Party?
Hosting a watch party is about creating a space for your community to learn, engage, and share feedback. By signing up, you’re helping us:

- Build a broader virutal community
- Provide Operation HOPE with valuable feedback to improve future events
How it Works
Watch Parties bring groups of virtual viewers together to participate in the HOPE Global Forums.
Watch parties can be conducted in one of four ways:
- In-person: Gather colleagues, friends, or community members in your office or another safe location and view part or all of the event online together.
- Virtual: Host a fully online party using a teleconference services such as Zoom or Teams. (hosting platform must be provided by the watch party host)
- Hybrid: Combine both in-person and virtual attendees.
- Coordinated: Invite attendees to view agreed upon sessions via HOPE social channels and discuss it live over group chat.
What Hosting Entails
As a Watch Party Host, you are committing to:
- Registering as a host so we know where and how the event is happening.
- Promoting your watch party using provided assets (social posts, email templates, graphics).
- Facilitating conversations during or after sessions. If virtual, we encourage using Zoom or Teams recording features to capture discussions.
- Submitting feedback after the event, including: which sessions were watched, how many attendees viewed each session and any other important details.
- Providing insights or suggestions for improving future HOPE Global Forums watch parties.
- Engaging your audience safely and professionally, maintaining a welcoming environment.
