Speaker Guidelines
Date: December 1–3, 2025
Location: Signia by Hilton Atlanta
We are delighted to welcome you as a valued guest at the 11th HOPE Global Forums Annual Meeting: Future Proofing. Together, we will explore how to safeguard financial inclusion, expand homeownership, and secure upward mobility in the face of accelerating change. To ensure a smooth and productive experience for all participants, please review the following guidelines regarding travel, accommodations, and event participation.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS
FLIGHTS:
- ONLY when flight support has been agreed upon in advance, Operation HOPE will cover round-trip economy airfare for confirmed guests. Travel must be book through HOPE’s travel coordinator.
- Any upgrades, changes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the traveler unless expressly pre-approved in writing.
HOTEL:
- Operation HOPE will cover two (2) nights’ accommodations at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta (or an equivalent nearby property, if required).
- Any additional nights, room upgrades, or incidental charges (e.g., minibar, room service) will be the responsibility of the traveler.
MEALS & INCIDENTALS:
- Meals, transportation, and other personal expenses are not covered by Operation HOPE unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
- Guests are responsible for all incidental costs not explicitly covered in their agreement.
PROGRAM PARTICIPATION:
- Speakers are expected to arrive at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled session to allow for registration, sound checks, and preparation.
- Presentation materials, if applicable, should be submitted to the HOPE Global Forums team no later than November 15, 2025 to ensure technical readiness.
- Speakers and guests must adhere to the event schedule and any arrival times communicated by our production team.
MEDIA & RECORDING RELEASE:
- By participating, you grant Operation HOPE permission to record, photograph, and distribute your presentation or appearance as part of event coverage and promotional materials.
- Any media interviews or press interactions on-site should be coordinated with the HOPE Global Forums communications team.

- The HOPE Global Forums are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment. All participants are expected to treat fellow attendees, staff, and volunteers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
