Karen Goldfeder is an Impact Executive with over 15 years experience building strategic partnerships across Fortune 500 companies, Foundations, Nonprofit Organizations, Media Companies, and Global Brands.

As Robinhood Market’s Senior Strategist for External Affairs & Community, Karen builds programs and partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations that share Robinhood’s mission to democratize finance for all.

Prior to her role at Robinhood, Karen was Vice President of Business Development at DoSomething.org, where she scaled the business to 5MM members by creating programs with Coca-Cola, CVS, ESPN, H&M, JetBlue, and other top brands. Karen previously served as Development Director for Broadway’s Second Stage and led the Signature Theatre Company to successfully raise $70MM to build a Frank Gehry-designed theatre complex in Times Square.

Karen serves as a Professor at NYU’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and is a member of the Gibney Dance Board of Trustees. She holds a BA from Boston College and earned her MBA from Columbia Business School. A nine-time marathon runner and ice cream enthusiast, she lives in New York City with her husband and two young sons.
