Loretta Williamson
Director of Inclusive Lending, Truist
Loretta Williamson is Senior Vice President and Director of Inclusive Lending and Homeownership Equity for Truist Financial Corporation. She leads a team responsible for identifying and deploying profitable growth, forward-thinking strategies that focus on the shifting demographics driving homeownership. Those strategies include analyzing data science with a concentration on inclusive lending across the socio-economic spectrum.
She has been with Truist for 10 years and has served in the mortgage and banking industry for 26 years. Loretta partners with various non-profit organizations and trade associations to promote and deliver homebuyer education classes to potential homebuyers, while also volunteering to provide financial education to adults and college students. In 2022, she was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Virginia by “Women We Admire.”
Loretta currently serves as a: Board Director of the Southside Community Development and Housing Corporation, a non-profit organization based out of Richmond, Virginia focused on affordable housing; Advisory Member with the Women’s Council of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB); and a Council Member with the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Affordable Housing Council.
Loretta lives in Midlothian, Virginia with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, Loretta enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, meditating, and reading.
