Taeisha Jamison is a CLIA-certified phlebotomy tech and CEO and founder of Lelani Labs and POCT LLC, a CLIA-certified independent clinical laboratory specializing in performing medical diagnostic testing at or near the point of care. Taeisha has broad experience across the healthcare spectrum, previously serving as an electrocardiogram (EKG) tech, certified nurse assistant (CNA), and CPR instructor, among others.
Throughout her 23-year career, she has encountered many patients, friends, and family living with various conditions and ailments—one being asthma. Her passion has always been to heal the broken, but after her daughter was diagnosed with asthma at two months old, it became her sole focus to accommodate the needs of her child.
Taeisha’s foundation, Lelani Labs & POCT LLC, which was developed in honor of her late daughter due to the condition, was created to give back to the children of the asthmatic community and their caregivers seeking knowledge for their overall health. Taeisha’s mission is to provide those in need with the care they deserve.
