Dr. Robert McLaughlin founded and leads the nonprofit National Collaborative for Digital Equity which assists banking, educational and economic inclusion leaders to mobilize local efforts to remove digital divide barriers to economic and educational opportunity. NCDE ([www.digitalequity.us](https://www.digitalequity.us)) has helped partnerships set numerous precedents deploying CRA investments for LMI learners including broadband, refurbished computers, financial literacy with impact assessments and badging, tech support by linguistically diverse youths, and chat-based librarian support.
