Regina Murray is a Mortgage Business Development Officer with East West Bank, and is currently responsible for identifying opportunities to drive successful homeownership among low-to moderate-income borrowers, underserved communities, foreign nationals, and multicultural borrowers across the economic spectrum.
Ms. Murray is focused on transforming her passion and commitment into a strategy designed to increase homeownership across the nation. In doing this she strives to build and deepen relationships with non-profit partners and Multicultural Realtors while aligning her strategies to make the dream of homeownership a reality for many first time home buyers and low-to-moderate consumers.
By partnering with local and national community housing organizations, non-profit groups, and professional member groups that align with her passion, many lives are changed through homeownership, one family at a time.
She is an active member of the multicultural Realtor Groups, The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), the National Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Realtists, (NAREB).
Ms. Murray has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, serving in underwriting/operations management, sales management, and business development positions with several Fortune 500 companies in California, Miami, Fl., and now based in Atlanta, GA.
Her expertise has been in the areas of Operations Management, affordable housing strategy, and emerging markets business development, inclusive of centralized sales, to assure that employees have first time homebuyer opportunities as well.
