EVP, Chief Social Responsibility Officer & President, U.S. Bank Foundation

U.S. Bancorp Experience

Reba joined U.S. Bancorp in June of 2015 as the President of the U.S. Bank Foundation and SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility. In 2017, she was promoted to Chief Social Responsibility Officer. In 2019 she was promoted to EVP, Chief Social Responsibility Officer. Reba leads U.S. Bank efforts to maximize social and environmental impact. She is President of the U.S. Bank Foundation and leads the ESG Program Office, environmental sustainability strategy, volunteerism, community affairs, financial education strategy and Community Reinvestment Act strategy and reporting.

Other Experience

Reba was with Target Corporation for 21 years serving in a variety or roles. Most recently, she was a Senior Director of Community Relations, where she led Target’s efforts to give $1 Billion to education.

Reba co-chairs the Minnesota Business Coalition for Racial Equity and serves on the Executive Committee of the Greater Twin Cities United Way Board. She also serves on the boards of Make-A-Wish America and the Quell Foundation.

Reba earned her B.A. in English and graduated with honors from the University of Michigan
