Reba Dominski
Chief Social Responsibility Officer, U.S. Bancorp
Reba joined U.S. Bancorp in June of 2015 as the President of the U.S. Bank Foundation and SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility. In 2017, she was promoted to Chief Social Responsibility Officer and in 2019 to EVP of Corporate Social Responsibility. Reba leads U.S. Bank community efforts to maximize social, employee and business impact She leads the teams supporting the U.S. Bank Foundation, volunteerism, environmental sustainability, community relations, financial education and Community Reinvestment Act lending, development and services.
Reba was with Target Corporation for 21 years serving in a variety of roles, including Divisional in Sourcing and Director of Merchandise Planning. Most recently, she was a Senior Director of Community Relations, where she was responsible for leading Target’s Education Initiatives. Reba led Target’s efforts to give $1 Billion to education focused on improving literacy rates, providing schools with the resources they need and helping to close the opportunity gap in America.
Reba chairs the Pollen Midwest Board of Directors, co-chairs the Leadership Council of Generation Next and serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Twin Cities United Way and the Quell Foundation. She serves on the Campaign Committee for the Center of Economic Inclusion.
Ms. Dominski earned her B.A. in English and graduated with honors from the University of Michigan.
