Nadia van de Walle

VP, CSBB Diverse Customer Segments, Wells Fargo & Co.

Nadia leads strategy and execution for Wells Fargo’s HOPE Inside program and other banking inclusion and partnership key initiatives. In this role, she spearheads regulator and policymaker engagement tied to financial inclusion, oversees key fintech and nonprofit partnerships, and partners with lines of business to deliver financial health solutions for underserved populations.

Previously, she worked for the Financial Health Network (FHN), where she served as Senior Director, leading the Innovation team’s market insights and influence work, including its research agenda, thought leadership activities, and participation in market initiatives.

Earlier in her career, she served in program management and research roles supporting financial and economic inclusion efforts in the US and Africa with Accion and other organizations.

Nadia has an M.A. from Johns Hopkins and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives with her family in the Philadelphia area.
