Michelle Glover

Michelle Glover is the Founder and CEO of Journey Unlimited. Prior to her role as CEO, Michelle spent over 12 years working for a top Fortune 100 global company in various fields of human resources. Michelle began her career as a participant in an HR leadership development program and then quickly accelerated through the HR organization working as a Senior HR Business Consultant, Learning Consultant, and Talent & Leadership Development Account Manager. She was seen as a valued HR partner to her business leaders and recognized as a corporate global top talent. She received multiple awards for her leadership in company-wide initiatives and programs. While she was recognized as a high potential leader at her company, Michelle knew there was something bigger for her career outside of the corporate organization. So, in 2015,she took a leap of faith and quit her job to create the company Journey Unlimited.

From her own journey, Michelle has witnesses the power of surrendering to God’s calling for her career. Now, she helps her clients do the same by incorporating faith in the career conversation to yield to God’s calling for their career direct ion and progression. Through her coaching program, My Journey Unlimited, Michelle helps clients identify their purpose, align it to their profession, and learn how to be prosperous in the process.

In addition to her role as CEO of Journey Unlimited, Michelle serves on the Executive Committee of the Atlanta Black Chambers as the Chair of the Women’s League. She also serves on the Board of the National Association of African Americans in HR, Atlanta Chapter. She is also a member of the National Council of Negro Women, Greater Atlanta Chapter. Michelle stays active in the community through these organizations but also by volunteering her time as a Visitor Liaison at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Winthrop University and a Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina. Michelle is also a graduate of the Christian Coach Institute and is a certified professional life coach.
