Marlon Moore
Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Huntington National Bank
Marlon Moore is the Vice President of Supplier Diversity for Huntington Bank. He is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia State University. Upon matriculation from VSU, he served as a Senior Field Assessor at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland focusing on Prevention Science within inner city Baltimore. Marlon earned a Master of Arts degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Diversity Management from Cleveland State University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Marlon’s primary function with Huntington is the execution of their corporate Supplier Diversity business strategy, the goal of which is to promote economic development by creating and expanding business relationships with minority, women, and veteran-ownedcompanies.
Marlon brings to the community a very diverse level of professional and speaking experiences. To date, Marlon has trained thousands of business professionals throughout New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Ohio in topics such as Financial Education, Conflict Resolution and Diversity Management.
Through it all, Marlon strives to give back to the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation (BPACF), Cleveland NAACP, the South Central Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council (SCOMSDC), the Ohio Minority Business Advisory Council, and the Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio.
