Krystal Barker Buissereth, CFA, and Managing Director, is the Head of Client Experience & Cross Channel Distribution for ETRADE from Morgan Stanley. Krystal is a member of ETRADE’s senior leadership team, with a mandate to drive higher client engagement and wallet share across E*TRADE’s 8.3 million households.

Krystal formerly managed the Executive Services business, which provided white-glove service to executive stock plan participants, and launched the Financial Wellness offering that is part of Morgan Stanley at Work. She has been featured on Bloomberg and quoted in top outlets including CNBC, Reuters, MarketWatch, and Employee Benefits News.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Krystal was a Private Wealth Advisor for Goldman Sachs and held several leadership roles at Goldman and Ayco focused on helping investors and participants at all ages and wealth levels reach their investment goals. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Krystal was a business development strategist for the head of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management and started her career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers.

Krystal serves as a New York Board Trustee of the Point Foundation. She earned her MBA with Honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and her A.B. cum laude in Mathematics & Economics from Bowdoin College.
