It was not popular in the early 90s to be a vegetarian and the choices for vegetarians that didn’t eat eggs were even slimmer. However, Kalene grew up surrounded by family that would turn an average Thanksgiving dinner into a royal feast full of plant-based main courses and yummy desserts. Now with over 20 years of experience, Kalene is an author, healthy eating advocate, and entrepreneur working within her community to embrace healthy eating lifestyles. She is exceptionally skilled in working with individuals with dietary restrictions and food allergens.

 Kalene is the owner of Tastefull Vegan, a top 8 allergen-free ice cream shop with national reach that provides allergen-free non-dairy superfood desserts both in the shop and in local grocers.  She believes,” no allergy, dietary lifestyle choice or anything should prevent you from being able to enjoy one of life’s greatest joys.
