Heather Holland
Manager, Supplier Diversity Major Projects, TransCanada
As Manager of Diversity & Local Participation for TransCanada’s Major Projects Organization, Heather Holland is responsible for leading, developing and implementing a multi-year supplier diversity strategy and program for a portfolio of U.S. and Canadian energy infrastructure projects in excess of US $20 billion. In this role, Ms. Holland works to ensure integration of minority and women-owned businesses into corporate culture and supply chain processes.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Holland holds a certificate in Organizational Development from Queens University; a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ms. Holland currently resides in Houston, TX, enjoys international travel and live music.
