Gigi Ligons
Director of Scores Client Services Group, FICO
Gigi Ligons is a Director and subject matter expert within the Scores Client Services group at FICO®, where she leads the Core Consumer Lending team. In this role, she collaborates with lenders and industry professionals to help them understand, evaluate, and effectively use FICO® Scores to meet their business goals and objectives. Gigi’s team focuses on building strong partner relationships, delivering scalable programs, and providing training and education to more than 9,000 regional banks, credit unions, and community banks in the core consumer lending market in the U.S. and Canada.
With over nine years at FICO® and 15 years of experience in financial services, Gigi has held leadership roles at top institutions, including Washington Mutual, First Union, Wachovia, Bank of America, and MetLife. She also brings valuable entrepreneurial expertise in business management, process improvement, P&L oversight, strategic planning, and marketing, gained from her time as a management consultant. In this capacity, Gigi worked with organizations and business leaders across the nation, helping them achieve their goals and drive growth.
Gigi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA. She is passionate about continuous learning and consistently seeks new opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
