Fabiana Estrada

Director of Lending in the Southeast, Accion

Fabiana Estrada is Accion’s Director of Lending in the Southeast, where she oversees Accion’s small business lending operations in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Fabiana is passionate about building local partnerships to support the success of small businesses and spur economic development. During Fabiana’s 10 years at Accion, she has tripled Accion’s lending in Florida, where she is based. In 2018, Accion disbursed 200 loans totaling $2.5 million in capital to underserved entrepreneurs in the state of Florida alone. Fabiana has been recognized by the South Florida Community Development Coalition with its Economic Opportunity Award and by the SBA with its Mission-Based Lender Award in 2018. Last year she participated in the Women’s World Banking Leadership and Diversity for Innovation Program. Previously, she was a mortgage processor and supervisor at the Firenze Trust Mortgage Corporation and a lawyer for the Ministry of Economy in Argentina, her home country.
