Daniel Kreisman

Daniel Kreisman is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Georgia State University. His research focuses on labor economics, education finance and education policy with a focus on school-to-work transitions and the effects of poverty on human capital accumulation. In addition to teaching and research, Dan is director of CTEx, a research center focused on Career and Technical Education policy. He holds a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a BA in History and Philosophy that he never gets to use from Tulane University. In a former life, Dan was a high school English teacher in New Orleans.
