Charles Moon currently serves as Vice President–Financial Inclusion Leader at Truist Bank, bringing over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives that connect Truist’s resources with diverse private and public partners, fostering economic empowerment and inclusive growth.

A native of Southwest Atlanta, Charles possesses an in-depth understanding of the local business landscape and the economic drivers that shape the region. His roots in the community fuel his commitment to fostering inclusive growth and building strategic partnerships that strengthen both businesses and neighborhoods.

Charles earned dual B.S. degrees in Economics and Finance from Southern University and A&M College and later completed an M.S. in Political Economies, equipping him with a strong foundation to lead initiatives that advance financial access and equity.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Charles is an active community leader. He serves on multiple boards, including the Henry County Chamber of Commerce, and currently chairs the Mary Parker Foundation. These roles reflect his dedication to driving meaningful impact and strengthening community partnerships.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys running, cooking, and spending quality time with his wife, Ty, and their three daughters—Courtney, Kennedy, and Amaya. His life exemplifies a balance of professional excellence, community service, and family values.
