Cameron Hairston is a serial technology entrepreneur and best-selling author of “Living Life Without Fear”. He is the COO of Virtue Technology and has invested in several tech web based startup companies and have a passion for changing lives every day. His focus includes consulting, training, and staffing solutions where people receive new skills that translates into opportunities in this ever-evolving technology economy.

Previously, Hairston has worked as a Senior Technology Consultant, Analyst & software Engineer; with over 12 years of successful sales, marketing, and technology experience. He has helped closed deals for major fortune 500 companies. He is proficient in pre-sales and implementing enterprise level applications and design processes. He is experienced in developing custom solutions, web collaboration portals, and leveraging cross-functional platforms while cultivating strong business relationships.

Hairston’s latest endeavor includes a Technical Staffing and Placement Company called Avid Sourcing where he has a focus initiative around discovering and delivering unrepresented tech talent to a technology ecosystem that drastically needs ethnic, women and veteran talent. Hairston has also started several community events including Atlanta Tech Nights, Birmingham Business Professionals and Think Pitch Tampa Bay that have resulted in new community awareness and created collaboration between the C Suite and Entrepreneurs. He believes that collaboration is the ribbon that ties us all together.
