Dr. Don is Doctor of Strategic Leadership and an experienced master coach and leadership consultant with expertise in organizational development, strategic planning, culture creation, and change management. His experience leading organizational change, both from within and without organizations, enable him to effectively partner with organizational stakeholders, from the C-suite level to direct reports, in achieving their desired future.

He has served C-suite executives, senior leaders, and midlevel managers from global brands such as Coca-Cola, Uber, HP, Sales Force, IHG, and a wide-verity of industries that include: corporate, government, education, and not-for-profit sectors in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the United States.

He is President of Influencers Global LLC and the founding pastor of Canaan Land Church International a thriving ministry in suburban Atlanta, Georgia. He and his wife Mona have been married over 30 years and are the parents of three adult children Brandon (Kristie), Chantelle (Marquice), & Aaron
