Perianne M. Boring is the Founder and President of the Chamber of Digital Commerce, a Washington, DC-based trade association representing the interests of the digital asset community. The Digital Chamber’s mission is to educate policymakers in shaping regulation and advocate for the acceptance and use of digital assets. Ms. Boring is a frequent speaker at FinTech conferences, and has also testified to governments around the world. CoinFilter named Ms. Boring the top woman in Bitcoin for her efforts in public policy, promoting a pro-growth legal framework for digital assets. Ms. Boring is also the author of the “Boring Bitcoin Report,” a leading industry news blog. Prior to forming the Digital Chamber, Ms. Boring was a television host and anchor of “Prime Interest,” an international finance program that aired in over 100 countries to over 650 million viewers. Ms. Boring was also a contributor at Forbes, and authored the column “Boring Economics.” Ms. Boring began her career as a legislative analyst in the US House of Representatives, advising on finance, economics, tax and healthcare policy.
